Boy, do we hear a lot of shoulds from mompreneurs! We would like to offer an alternative. The long list of shoulds is the source of most of the stress we see in our clients, our friends and in ourselves. Why is it important to change this endless circle of “should”? Because it’s like a snake eating its tail – all you do in the should zone is go around and around, stuck and frustrated, justifying why you’re doing what you’re doing -- driven by what others will think of you. “I’m supposed to.” “I should know better.” “I should have learned by now.” “I should be getting different results with the same thoughts and actions I’ve been hanging on to for decades!” Whew!
